Summary

This is an accessory for the Newport Vessels NK Throttle.

The NK180 and the NK300 both come with a tiny throttle lever that is a bit inconvenient to use.

The pictures above are printed in Carbon Fiber Polycarbonate(PCCF)
and while the picture has my initials on the throttle, the STLs included have that removed.

This part was designed to lightly slide over and use a M5 bolt and nut to secure it to the throttle. No modding needed.

Although this part should be fine in any filament type i would NOT recommend PLA given the nature of this hobby.

When Printing this part. Just place the Flat side down and use supports for the internal part that slides over the nk lever. No specific supports type of supports needed.

Parts needed are:
1x M5 x 20mm Bolt
1x M5 Nut

Notes:
Given the nature and use of this item where the kayak will be exposed to heat outdoors. I'd use any filament that has a higher melting or transition temp then PLA. I would NOT recommend PLA for this project.
