Hello all! I present to you 风都星, a dual wing fan duct prototype based on the parts Sovol released. I just tried to maximise the air pressure over the nozzle instead of the travel it does, also, the central part has been shortened and reinforced in the middle, so, with both changes, design is more strong and not that prone for deformation. It does not need any extra hardware, just replace your duct with this one, it's a 1:1 fit =)

For me and the testers, it worked better than stock at extreme overhangs (specially the ones passing 65º-70º) and reducing some strings to just fur, so more clean prints at the end. Despite this, consider it's really hard to adjust air-path in such a tiny space, and also, the fan placement of the SV06 is far from optimal, but I really hope it helps you to improve stock version as it did with me =)

One important note, remember to print it in a material that can hold heat more than PLA or PLA+ (trust me, I tried) since this design leaves everything really close to the heat block. I recommend PETG as minimum but more stronger materials are advised.

v0.4 - 第二次发布

Cleaned lines and polygons as much as I could.
Reduced 1.40mm the front hat to make everything more solid and avoid that part to be that close to the heat block, the air-flow angle attack is still respected.
Added a central reinforcement since I saw the annealed PLA870 was deforming a tiny bit on that part. No deformations with v0.4 using GreenTec Pro CF, so stronger materials than PETG are still recommended.
