xTool D1 Pro 安装套件

I developed this kit to help mount my xTool D1 laser cutter to a sheet of MDF. These parts were designed to work with #8 Truss Head wood screws. The riser corners separate the protective aluminum panel on the bottom from the honeycomb panel above, allowing better airflow when using the air assist kit

Kit Includes:

Foot brackets for the add-on risers (print 4)

Note that these will not work with the standard D1 feet without at least one set of risers attached
Remove the rubber bumpers on the bottom of the legs before installing

Riser blocks for the honeycomb work panel

Separate STLs are provided to accommodate the corner with the rivet
For a single honeycomb setup, print one rivet riser, and three standard risers
For a double honeycomb setup, print two rivet risers, two standard risers, and two divider risers

Drill guides are provided if you want help aligning and pre-drilling holes in your mounting board

By lifting the honeycomb panel, there may be a bit of flex if you will be cutting or engraving heavy materials. Consider adding an additional support under the honeycomb if you experience flexing that causes the laser to lose focus. The riser lifts the honeycomb panel 22mm above the aluminum protection panel's surface.
