Summary

Hello.

This is my first iteration of this type of ruler.
This was mostly just to learn more about CAD / Fusion 360 / clips, but it's not a bad little ruler/eraser holder.

It's got some things that need fixing (should be a bit longer, maybe a bit thicker, clip is too tight, hashmarks need to be redone with 5mm marks, etc), but eh. It works fine enough for now.
Trying to force myself to release minimum viable products so my projects stop getting stuck in dev-hell...

The circles are 5, 10, and 20mm.
There is a 45/45/90 triangle as well as an isometric guide (which includes a 30 degree angle).
Ruler hashmarks are 2mm apart.
Supports erasers up to 14x29x13.5mm, because that's what Walmart had. lol

It SHOULD be printed vertically with a brim due to the small clearance on the clip.
You might be able to fenagle the angle and supports to get in there, but they'd be not fun to remove.
Worked first try for me printed like a spaceship. lol

I've included both my Cura printing profile and the Fusion 360 file.
Feel free to make changes as you see fit.

I have included my printer settings in screenshot form as well.
And here's an imgur link to my print settings as well, since it seemed to downscale my uploaded pictures.
It's flagged as NSFW for some reason, but imgur is doing its death spiral thing right now, so I doubt that's a me problem.

Also, I forgot to extrude out the 5mm circle, so it is absent from my print.
I have fixed that in the STL export.

Other thoughts:

I have a better system for ruler hashmarks but it didn't make it over to this ruler.

They're a bit hard to read right now and require counting, but eh. I mostly made this for the straight line aspect of it. The hashmarks are just a bonus.

I took a small file to all of the holes. They were a bit stringy/blobby, but nothing too bad.
This could probably be mitigated with some slightly different support settings.
