Summary
This is a buckle for belts, (back)pack straps and similar.
The design is based on isoceles trapezoids and then extruded into 3rd dimension. The buckle is self locking under load, needs no support and has no moving parts.
Originally sized for 50mm strap but can be easily scaled to the needed size. If you have issues with clearances, simply shrink the male side to around 95% size of the females size.
Printing with 20-30% infill should give sufficient strength.
