Summary
All credits to the original designer, @kleiner_Lateiner.
All I did was combine two of the parts together and cut a hole in the middle of the filling for faster printing. To print the filling and cookie together, then it is helpful to have dual extruders or to do a filament change during the print to get the multicolor affect. I have also included the file for the entire cookie together, which is probably not the most practical thing to print.
