自行车水瓶（1.5L可调节）持有器 + 泵持有装置组合装置

Summary

EN: I needed a bottle holder for my bike unfortunately they were all made for small special bike bottles and I wanted to use the standard 1.5L bottles that I had at home

So I decided to create my own version I started from scratch but I was inspired by the design of kf6wrw to which I made a lot of improvements

-A maximum diameter of 90mm adjustable by a screw with a knob which allows the diameter to be adjusted and the bottle to be well positioned to be compatible with all available bottles including the standard 1.5L

-I also added holes on each side of the support (normally standard 63mm apart) to be able to fix what you want
For example I added a support for a manual pump on the right side (the files are also provided)

-the holes to fix the support on the bike are also 63mm apart but with a tolerance of more or less 10 to adapt to all bikes

You will need:

-2 M5 screws (10-15mm long) to secure the mount to the bike

-2 M5 screws (about 15mm long) + 2 M5 nuts if you want to add the support for the bicycle pump

-1 M5 screw (approximately 20-25mm long) with a rounded head so as not to damage the bottle if you wish to add the adjustment screw with knob + 1 M5 nut

The tolerances are quite wide which shouldn't be a problem but you can add some glue around the adjuster nut if it's too loose

J'avait besoin d'un porte bouteille pour mon vélo malheureusement ils étaient tous fait pour de petite bouteille spécial velo et je voulait utiliser les bouteilles standard 1.5L que j'avait chez moi

J'ai donc décidé de créer ma propre version je suis repartit de zéro mais je me suis inspiré du design de kf6wrw auquel j'ai apporter beaucoup d'améliorations

-Un diamètre de 90mm maximum réglable par une vis avec molette qui permet d'ajuster le diamètre et de bien caler la bouteille pour être compatible avec toutes les bouteilles disponibles dont les 1.5L standard

-J'ai aussi ajouté des trous de chaque coté du support (espacé de 63mm normalement standard) pour pouvoir fixer ce que vous voulez
Par exemple j'ai ajouter un support pour une pompe manuel du coté droit (les fichiers sont aussi fournit)

-les trous pour fixer le support sur le velo sont aussi espacés de 63mm mais avec une tolérance de plus ou moins 10 pour s'adapter à tous les vélos

Vous aurez besoin de:

-2 vis M5 (10-15mm de long) pour fixer le support au velo

-2 vis M5 (environ 15mm de long) + 2 ecrou M5 si vous souhaitez ajouter le support pour la pompe à velo

-1 vis M5 (environ 20-25mm de long) avec une tête arrondi pour ne pas abimer la bouteille si vous souhaitez ajouter la vis de réglage avec molette + 1 ecrou M5

Les tolérances sont assez larges ce qui ne devraient pas poser de problème mais vous pouvez ajouter de la glue autour de l'ecrou de reglage si il est trop lâche

Je voit les fichiers de construction pour ceux qui voudraient faire des modifications
