Summary

This is a 12 volt flashlight.

What is needed:

Light bulb (The one this is designed to house is a H4 12v light bulb, but it can be replaced with an LED, if the LED circuit is used.)

Power supply (The one this is designed to house is a Euroglobe EG1.3-12 battery, but this lamp is designed to be able to house any power supply that fits in a 55x42x92 mm area.)

Switch (Any switch that fits in a 11x29 mm square hole should work.)

An 88 mm diameter glass plate (Any translucent plate with the diameter of 88 mm should work.) Note: this part isn't necessary, and can be left out if needed.

Some wire (a 25 cm long wire should be enough)

The lamp can be built with the LED circuit or the bulb circuit. Note: If the LED circuit is used, the power supply should be switched to one that has a voltage that is compatible with an LED.

Measurements: 203 mm, 97 mm, 107.5 mm

WARNING:

Not designed to be used for long periods of time.
If this lamp is left on for too long, the heat created from the light bulb WILL melt the plastic creating a potential fire hazard. (Unless the LED circuit is used.)

Print Settings

Notes:
All the parts in the pictures were printed with a layer height of 0,30 mm in PLA.

All the parts can be printed without supports or rafts, excluding:

The hull is the only part that needs supports. (They are needed to support the socket for the switch.)

The cover and reflector are the only parts that need rafts.

The reflector should be printed in white filament to increase the brightness of the flashlight.

Post-Printing

Assembly:

Assembly is as easy as creating the simple circuit inside the lamp and screwing all of the parts together.

The layout of the circuit can be seen in the provided image(s).

Notes:

The threads can be a little difficult if printed in low resolution, but they should start working properly after screwing them on and off a couple times.

The reflector can be painted with reflective paint to increase the brightness of the flashlight.
