Summary

When I was converting my eBike, I discovered that the standard brake lever cable mounts are a tad large for the standard brake cable ends. This was causing the brake cable to move around a bit under braking and in some cases lose brake ability.

I have designed a spacer to fill in the empty space and keep the barrel positioned for optimal placement without shifting around.

Insert the barrel into the printed part and then insert it into the brake lever. If it's a tight fit, you can press it into place with a pair of pliers. No specific guidance provided on installing with groove up or down, I don't think it matters.

Everything should be relatively flush when Ready to install and adjust the cable in it's final position.

I print 2 at once with a raft to reduce the possibility of mushrooming. I'm printing in PETG but no data on durability. Currently undergoing testing on 2 bikes.
