Summary
Made this frame for the switch panel I bought of AliExpress, link below.
I used 5mm brass Knurled Nuts to fasten the panel to the 3D printed frame.
No holes are in the frame cause of this

- Infill:Doesn't need that much infill since not that much force is applied during operation

Do your infill and resolution to your liking. It's been a while since I printed the part pictured but I think I did a 10% infill and super low resolution. But I recommend printing it with higher Infill.

Designed this part in Tinkercad. It's easy and quick. Not a steep learning curve.
