Summary
I remixed this because after printing the original it did not fit over my fan.
If you are having trouble with the other one this one should work.
To get it to fit I cut all the blades off the original fan as close to the hub as possible
Then I turned on my 3d printer and took a half inch piece of sand paper and lightly let it ride where the blades used to be on the hub
I had to repeat that process 2 times before it would slide snuggly over the hub
