Summary
My Automower kept getting stuck in tall grass, so I designed and printed these wheels to give it more traction. It now works perfectly, handling wet slopes, tall grass, etc. without issue. Printed with PETG because I had it laying around, but pretty much any filament should work. Print plenty of walls for durability.
These are a direct fit with no modifications required to the mower. It's a bit of a tight squeeze getting them in there, but installation only takes a few minutes. The original wheels can be easily reinstalled if you change your mind.
