Summary
I really liked elanaut's Dell XPS Power Supply Cord Manager, but it didn't fit my similarly designed, but larger HP 200W supply. Since basically every dimension had changed, including cord size, I recreated it in OnShape using the dimensions for my supply.
Here is a link to the OnShape document. You should be able to change the design for the size of your power supply and cords if you copy the design in your free account.
