I will later take real pictures of this thing installed on my bike. It is tested and works
This is an adaptation for this specific front/back bicycle rack/carrier by M-Wave. This rack is made to be screwed to rim brakes, so I had to design this piece to mount it to an mtb front suspension fork.
If your filament is not old and brittle, it should bend easily around the fork without breaking. I tried in ABS and PETG and it bent fine.
You have to mirror the part in Cura to get the left side piece. You can print both at the same time close together, if you don't get a lot of stringing.
The second piece is an extra, so you can extend your ebike headlight if you have one.
The hardware needed for the fork mounts are:
x4 M5 bolts (minimum 15mm)
x4 M5 nuts
x1 M6 bolt (minimum 15mm)
x1 M6 nut
x1 M6 washer (optional)
