Summary

This is the first version of a simple, custom wheel stopper STL file for the Anker EverFrost cooler created with TinkerCad.

I used TPU to print it (since I wanted a slightly flexible stopper), using the default AnkerMake M5 TPU settings (in AnkerMake Slicer): 0.2 mm layer height, print speed 50 mm/s, wall speed 30 mm/s, print temp 230 deg C, print temp initial layer 240 deg C, build plate temp 60 deg C). I set infill to 30%, although one can vary this parameter to obtain more or less flexibility. The print time for those settings above is about 8 hours 24 minutes for one stopper. I normally print a skirt with a line count of 3 and a distance of 5mm.

Although the flexibility of the TPU material might already slow down or prevent movements of the EverFrost wheels, you might want to consider using e.g. self adhesive velcro tape or any other adhesive tape to fix it inside e.g. of your car or somewhere else.

If you want a stiffer version of that stopper, feel free to use PLA(+) or PETG, although PLA might not be that robust if exposed to higher temperatures (e.g. inside a vehicle).
