Summary
Needed a tool like this to fix some bent disc brake rotors. Figured I'd have some fun making one in CAD that's easily printed and designed with plastic in mind.
Recommended materials are PLA, ASA, or PC. Really anything stiff with a good tensile strength. Example was printed in PolyMax PC at 100% infill. If you don't want to print it solid, I'd recommend at least 4-5 perimeters and a 25-30% infill since the teeth will be under some decent stress.
The slots are 2.5mm wide to account for most rotors. Scale up or down depending on your needs.

Other stiff filaments like PLA and PETG-CF should work. If you don't want to do 100% infill, I'd give it at least 4-5 perimeters and 30%.
