Summary
Whisker biscuit arrow rest more adjustable than normal, i made it because i needed longer vertical adjustment range, i modified it since i took these photos here it looks a little bit warped since i used only 1 wall parameter and 10% infill, you should print it on flat side.

i made this improvised version of whisker biscuit type arrow rest with more vertical adjustable range, you will only need to put brushes of some sort, you can screw brushes from your old whisker biscuit arrow rest, feel free to modify and improve its not perfect but its good start.
