Summary
This is a slim version of E3D V6 hotend mount. Based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4337458. It provides a bit more space around Z rods on Sapphire Plus.
Follow the exact same orientation when placing parts on the print bed. Supports only needed for fan ducts.
You will need additionally:
12mm x M2 8pcs (fans/ducts) (original screws from Sapphire should do the trick too)
14mm x M3 3pcs (BLTouch mount)
20mm x M3 2pcs + nuts (to bind pieces together)
Material preferably PETG but PLA should work too.
Distance from center of the hotend to BLTouch is 45.8mm.
For assembly follow the photos.
