Summary

This model is a VRX mount for the Skyzone Sky 04X Pro FPV goggles. I had downloaded a similar mount intended for older Skyzone goggles and when it didn't fit I decided to model my own.

NOTE: this mount requires that you replace the screws on your goggle's fan mount with longer replacements ordered online.

Like other 3d printed vrx mounts, this attaches under the fan mount. This one has been modeled to perfectly fit the Skyzone Sky 04X Pro goggles, and allow the original fan cover to be screwed back down over it, resulting in a relatively "stock" or stealth appearance.

Because this mount raises the height of the fan cover, longer screws are required. I used 1/2" Number 0 Size metal/plastic screws from McMaster-Carr. Their product number for these screws is 90065A028 and the followng URL should take you to them: https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/130/3406/90065A028 . As you can see from the photo, when installed, they look identical to the original screws.

My printer was already set up for printing parts for my ongoing Voron 2.4 build, so I used their recommended settings for this print too. I used glass fiber reinforced ABS filament, but this part is small enough you could probably get away with anything.
