Summary
This is the control-knob for a Morphy Richards (models 48710, 48705, …) slow-cooker.
More than one that I've owned has broken.
Post-Printing
Rather than printing the horizontal M3 hole for the bolt, a pilot-hole is printed, which must be progressively reamed using a pin-vice.
Stringing around the holes can be smoothed with short blast from a hot-air gun.
Light sanding on the two flat surfaces.
How I Designed This
It's designed to attach to a ~6.4 mm steel shaft & is locked there by an M3x12 hex-socket bolt & M3 nut.
There's clearance for M3 washers between the bolt-head & the print, to enable the effective bolt-length to be reduced.

Improvements
The images depict the part printed in black PLA, though since the failure of the original part was probably related to temperature, it may be better in PETG.
The pointer doesn't quite align with the text on the body of the slow-cooker, & should be rotated slightly counterclockwise in remixes.
