Summary
I've printed these on a Stratasys Fortus printer in Polycarbonate but this should print perfectly well on any other printer it can fit on in any material.
I've tried to use the minimum amount of material in order to perform its function as the Stratasys material is very expensive.
No supports necessary, print upside down on the build plate.
