Summary

My WH-CH710n headphones decided to fail at the cup arms, snapping off. So I made new ones!

They're close to the original design however not perfect. At a distance however, nearly identical.

Post-Printing

Sanding would be ideal as after printing, the curves were rough on my prints. Maybe a sign that I need to spend more time tuning my printer.

Note that when mounting on the headphones, you will need to reuse the C-clip. This was designed in a way to avoid needing to desolder the wire and resolder.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove the old arm, will likely need to be broken off to avoid desoldering the wire.
Once off, slide the wire through the hole at the top and push flush against the arm mount.
Just like the old arm, put the C-clip back into place and done! It is now secured to the headband.
To mount the cup onto the arm, place the wire into the guide
Once done, slide the side with the wire into the hole first, and then push the other side down and let it snap into place. This will cause some discomfort and feel wrong.
DONE!
