Summary
This is an adapter specifically designed for the gamesir galileo and fits the z fold 4 and 5 with the OEM cases.
I also purchased a short USB C extender and 180 degree adapter which will be required to make this work. They can be found on Amazon for about $7 a piece
If you have the z fold 5 the slim s pen case works fine
If you have the z fold 4 with the kick stand / spen case you'll want to detach the spen, otherwise it fits fine
