Summary

Original hooks suppose you apply them in the same row. Since holes in the row are spaced each 40mm these hooks are suitable for towels 16, 20, or 24cm wide. My towels are 22cm, so I can't use original hooks as they will be either too loose if placed on 24 distance, or I can't fit the towel roll if I place hooks on 20cm distance.

Fortunately there are holes in between, but they are shifted 20mm down. Hooks in this thing are designed to be shifted 20mm vertically, so you can place them in adjacent rows.

Use one hook of type 1 and one hook of type 2 if your towels are 22cm wide. Use hooks of the same type if your towels are 16, 20, or 24cm wide.
