Summary
so uhh setting this up SHOULD be easy enough and self explanatory but if you are of lower intelligence heres how;
- first print both pieces
- stick the short bigger circle thingy in the hole with the longer smaller one with the flat thing facing the opposite way
3.take a rubber band and wrap it around the cylinders connected to the flat shot base cylinders (make sure the bottom cylinder is also wrapped around) - take the end of the rubber band and stick it behind the little cube-shaped holder thingy
5.place something in the cube hole facing forward
6.pull the flat surface at the end of the short smaller cylinder back and let go to fire

need supports to print the second part but not the base i used organ supports but others might work better
