Summary

As you can see in the second photo on my axle shafts, greasing the axles is always a small mess in which far too much grease is applied and even more grease goes wrong.

Whether with toothbrush, brush, fingers, I was tired of it.

On the positive side, the Super Lube already had some injection heads in Thingiverse from colleagues who probably didn't want to break their fingers anymore, so I didn't have to worry about the thread anymore.

In principle, the design works very well, maybe one or the other would like to have a little less distance to the axis, then you might have to grind down 3 tenths or just remix.

As it is now, you can easily edge and see what you are doing.

The cap would have needed a little less air around, it holds, but with a little heating and a few tenths of a second manually bending inwards, it holds excellently.

That was no reason for me to revise the construction, because operating the lighter for 3 seconds and bending the clamping tabs into a perfect position is really no effort.

I had used PLA because the printers were just fed with PLA. I recommend PCTG.
