Summary

This design was inspired by Wez Champion's 1x1 Lego style model rocket that was posted to the Estes Model Rockets Facebook group. This is my interpretation of his design.

My design is to be a booster for a BT-55 sustainer rocket.

The walls are 1.5mm thick and the fins are 3.5mm thick.
It is 245.5mm in length which will fit most 3D printers that have a 300mm Z height limit when printed vertically.

You'll need to add a 245.5mm BT-50 tube with adhesive the center as well as an engine block that will accommodate D or E motors.
