Summary

After experiencing the same as many others, the dust canister's seal (seal ring) got lost. It was loose from the beginning, and the seal fell off with kids not paying attention to cleaning out the vacuum.
I found other seals on Thingiverse but wasn't happy with the fit and design.
I also noticed that Amazon sells 3D-printed seals online. Not cheap.

Inspired by the other designs but completely redesigned.
With a tapered design of the seal and with a flanged ring, it will sit tight and make a tight seal.
Recommend stretching the seal slightly before seating it in the groove.
