Summary
A smooth rounded ramp for the peripheral jet. Shows VASTLY increased performance vs the hard slot design when tested at the same weight of craft.
The hard slot is still lighter overall so this printed ramp is beneficial if the weight is kept down.
Print as light as possible - excess weight may reduce the performance below the hard slot
I've successfully printed 0.4 walls / 0.4 nozzle up to 150mm length on an i3 Mega S.
Corners needed 0.6 walls / 0.4 nozzle. Remember one of the corner bits needs mirrored!
"closed end" may help if you have real problems with bed adhesion or want a more rigid section.
