Wall mount case for the Eero 6+ Router (ignore the filenames, it took 8 iterations to get a working design but it is for the Eero 6+). It includes a front cutout for the Eero brand logo and also another cutout for the front indicator LED. 4 M4 screw holes are on the back, though realistically only the top two will be needed (or some adhesive on the back/bottom will do the trick). I didn't include any cable management as this is something that will depend on your arrangement and there are plenty of cable clips available for download.
It's a bit of a janky design as my AutoCAD licence ran out so I had to make do with FreeCAD, which is slightly less intuitive and contains some questionable toolsets. It doesnt help that the router itself is made up from a bunch of off-angle sides.
I tried my best, as there didnt seem to be an available model online that I could find that didnt require it to hang upside down (having eero written upside down on the wall would be too annoying).
Recommend printing in PETG or something flexible as PLA can be brittle and you wouldnt want it to break if you bump into it and have the router hang from the cable. I printed it in 0.2 mm layers (took about 16 hours with supports on my old Ender 3) and sprayed it with a base matte white then a gloss white and it looks pretty good.
Print Settings
- Printer brand:
Creality
- Printer:
Ender 3
- Rafts:Doesn't Matter
- Supports:Yes
- Resolution:0.2 mm layers sufficient
- Infill:20% sufficient

- Filament color:
White if you have it, recommend painting though for better finish
- Filament material:
PETG
- Notes:
Doesnt fit the Eero Pro 6 or any other Eero routers, just the Eero 6+
Post-Printing
Paint for better finish
I printed it in 0.2 mm layers and sprayed with a matte white undercoat (several layers), then finished with a white gloss spray.
This gave it a shiny finish and the print layers are essentially invisible.
Also required a bit of sanding on a few spots, but this is printer-dependent.
How I Designed This
FreeCAD
I basically spent a few days or so taking measurements with a protractor and a ruler, and making a few quick and easy PLA prototypes until I could slot the router into the case with a satisfying clunk. Then I reprinted in PETG, sanded the rough edges and sprayed it. There was probably a better way but it worked in the end.
