Summary

This is a replacement gear modeled after what was left of the broken gear on a vintage 1970's Park Sherman Model 7012 electric pencil sharpener.

I'm not sure how the original piece looked before being split in two, but this works just fine.

To attach it, be sure to either epoxy or super glue it onto the sharpener rod.
Before use, spin the gear manually to break it in for like 10 revolutions. Afterwards it should work just fine. Be sure to lubricate the teeth while mounting and before use.
