Summary
This is a guide (that also holds the runout sensor) for filament fed from the side of the machine. So either a side spool holder or a dryer box. This bolts right on to an Ender 3 V3 SE or KE with the original hardware; no modifications required.

Printed at 20% honeycomb infill in PLA. Normal supports on. Orientation for printing is shown in last photo.
- I used the Creality dryer box. I had to remove the rubber grommet that the filament runs through in order to prevent the filament from knocking the box over when feeding.
