Summary

This is adapter for Oculus Quest 3 headband to Eachine EV800DM FPV goggles.
It brings the comfort to another level. No pressure on the face, easy to wear and take off, weight is balanced.

Print in generic PLA at 0.2 resolution with 50% infill no adhesion and no support.

I got some warping, but it doest not affect functionality nor aestetics. You can print with brim if you having issues.

To install adapter you need to partially peel off face interface and disassemble larger part.
Take off all elastic bands. The part that holds side bands have a sleeve. Insert adapter on that sleeve and reassemble goggle. It might be possible to design adapter that will mount without disassembly but I wanted sturdy construction and this design is very sturdy.

After installing adapters on each side just slide Quest headband onto these adapters and you good to go.

I purchased headband for less than $20
but I guess any headband with the similar mounting should fit.
