Summary

I made a new X motor mount for my Creality Ender 3 V2 because I wasn't satisfied with how the original part attached to the 20x20 aluminum extrusion. I removed the extruder motor mount because I switched to a Micro-Swiss direct drive setup. I've uploaded my design for testing, and I'll be working on the other side soon. How I Designed This

I crafted the X motor mount by utilizing the Ender 3 Fusion 360 files available on Creality's Git repository. After creating multiple designs, I found this one to be the most suitable. I incorporated brass inserts to facilitate assembly. In my design, I relocated the two mounting screws to the front side of the 20x20 extrusion, which simplifies assembly. However, drilling the front is necessary to allow the Allen screws to pass through the V slot. I experimented with printing the part in PLA, PETG, and ABS, and discovered that ABS provides greater strength. For optimal results, I recommend a minimum of 4 parameters for the walls and 0.8 for both top and bottom layers.
