Summary
This is a Sim Racing pedal that I've created for a racing sim that I'm building. PLA is the main material used and you could also use PETG. Mostly a layer height of 0.25mm has been used. You might need a spring holder in this clutch setup so that the clutch action is captured well.
Fasteners used for the baseplates and connections are M8 - 65mm nut and bolts and for the links M8 - 50mm ones.
There are small connectors that are 3d printed as 2 parts. This could be replaced by M5 screw and nuts.
