Summary

This trellis is designed with holes small enough to be able to use moss or soil without it falling out.The slit in the center is for pressing the plant directly onto the soil/moss so it can grow straight up the middle while the side holes allow for ventilation. The front plant easily slides on/off, making it easier to repot plants on the future that may need to be re-staked.

I recommend tying the plant in place with string/ties until roots are established, then they can be removed.

EDIT 8/8/23: The design is now complete. I've made the bottom stakes removable for easier printing on smaller printers, added a connector piece to make the poles stackable. and made everything a bit thinner for faster printing.

EDIT 8/19/23: Added a shorter version for printing on smaller printers, such as the Ender 3.
