Summary

This is the first version of this pump that is in a viable state . This pump makes decent pressure and will pump to a head of at least 14" 4.5m.
this pump uses a piece of pvc pipe ( 1/2 ") as the cylinder, but the model for the complete cylinder can be printed but its not recommended .
There are 2 options for orings for the piston oring boss -3 or metric m12x2
the connecting rod uses 6mm balls ( I used air soft bbs )
there are multiple options for crank

one piece printed ( needs 6mm stiffener shaft)
12mmx1mm tube sleeved one piece crank
12mmx1mm tube sleeved two piece crank.
the 2 piece crank needs a 4mm screw to attach crank end
for sleeves I used stainless steal straws .
for best results use the 2 piece crank .

Oring required for head 18mmx3 ish or hose washer will do . locate with petrolatum jelly while installing .

for valves the instructions are similar to this previous version.( store bought check valves can be used but at high flow aquarium valves fail .) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6370561

other options are belt drive with 2 different motor pullys
and a gear drive
drive sets and motor mount are meant for 550 motor with shield ( extra metal shell on motor)
