Summary

I love my Wyze noise cancelling headphones! When the hinge broke I was heartbroken. I searched and no one had created a file for this so I created one using Fusion 360. The design is one piece instead of the original two piece design.

Once printed simply remove the supports and slide this on the end of the headband. Prints work on both sides. Be sure to retain the metal washers and screw and nut from the original hinge as they are reused for this print. Fit works very well.

My original print was hitting when you try to close the headphones in storage position so I modified the design for additional clearance. This is my first design so hopefully these will help someone out :)

Stand the design on it's bottom to print (see image) The only supports will be printed at the bottom for the mounting holes which remove fairly easily.
