Summary

This is a monster truck version of a Volkswagen Beetle that I made for my son. It doesn't scale very well, because of the wheel to axle tolerances. There needs to be about .7mm of clearance all the way around for the axles to snap into the wheels with enough room for them to rotate well. I include STEP files of the parts if anyone wants to modify the design themselves or scale it up or down.

I printed the body and chassis in PLA with supports in their normal direction. For the wheels I printed them face down without supports.
