Summary

Cornely_Cool made an amazing CR-10 enclosure and included brackets to connect the printer and the base from the outside, but I didn't like the look of it. I designed a bracket to connect the two parts from the inside and so far it works perfectly! I put no tolerances into my design to make it a tight fit. I had to use a clamp to push the two halves together.

Extra Materials:

M4 T slot sliding nut (x20 at most)
M4-.70 x 12mm screws (x20 at most)

I put these on after I assembled the base, so there were some screws I couldn't get to, so I ended up only using 18 of each.

The cut-bracket piece is for the back left corner, and I made it that way to not cover the vents. I don't believe it compromises much of its integrity.

Make sure that you print this in the same orientation as it is now. If you change the orientation then it will make the part less strong and probably would lead to it breaking.
