Summary

This is an update to the MDRx Forward to Side Ejection Plate cover. This design removes the rear tail, improves the strength of the forward claw, improves the strength of the rear slider, uses a smaller and lighter spring for ease of install, Updated Spring Guide, Increased strength Switch, and improved dust cover retainer.

In addition, there is a Blank side plate for anyone that would like a quick plate release on the SE MDR/MDRx

Assembly:

1.  Gather above parts
2.  Test fit Switch into Slider for fitment. If it doesn't fit sand the switch ears until it does. Usually this is the back side of the ears towards the rear of the slider
3.  Insert Spring onto Spring Guide
4.  Flip SE plate until you see the bottom side
5.  Insert Spring and Spring guide into Slider, spring guide base away from slider
6.  Insert Slider, Spring, and Spring Guide into SE Plate
7.  Flip over the SE Plate and insert the switch into the recesses in the slider
8.  Screw in Switch
9.  Install Dust cover per dust cover instructions keep in mind which side you wish it to be on
10.  Push Switch Forward and insert Dust Cover retainer. This is required if you use a standard dust cover with a rod. Note, you do not need the C Clip. The switch when released will retain dust cover retainer

Installation:

Push the Slider Switch Forward, install, and release. You may need to sand various parts for fitment.

This is V5 of the Design. IPT's attached for modification. Drawings of the Spring and Fastener are attached for reference.
