Summary

This is a very compact case for the RAK Wireless RAK4631 Meshtastic Core with RAK19003 Mini Baseboard, and RAK12500 GPS module.

I have included the outer shell/case, but the main goal was to create a modular inner frame that could be used in other exterior cases. I'm interested to see how other will integrate this design into their own cases.

Particular care has been taken to ensure clean cable routing for the antennas, helping to prevent minimum bend radius is not exceeded.

I have included the option to add contacts to the frame that can connect a solar panel, or larger battery (instead of the internal battery)

Additional parts needed:
-RAK4631 Core (with included BLE antenna)
-RAK19003 Mini Baseboard
-RAK12500 GPS Module (with included GPS antenna)
-M2.5 x 6mm Button Head Screw x 4
-M2.5 x 5mm x 1.6mm Square Nut x 4
-SMA (female) to Ipex (Female) cable
-3.7V LiPo Batter with JST connector 30.5mm x 44mm x 6.8mm (or smaller)

Optional Parts for Solar and External Battery Contacts:
-M2.5 x 6mm Button Head Screw x4
-M2.5 x 5mm x 1.6mm Square Nut x4
-PoGo Pin 2.5mm x 6mm
-JST 2mm 2 pin Pigtail
-JST 1.5mm 2 pin Pigtail

Optional Parts for Magnetic Mounting (in beta needs stronger magnet):
-10mm x 3mm Neodymium Disc Magnet x4
