I changed the bracket design to suit this CR-10s Direct Drive / All metal hotend.

It is listed as an 'MK8 Upgrade Direct Drive Hotend Kit 3D Touch Mount 5015 Pulley Turbo Fan Extruder For Ender-3 CR-10 CR 10S/PRO Anet A8'

Three parts to print,

Lowered the height of the clip that screws where the old extruder sat to match the hotend.
All in one fan shroud / BLTouch holder / chain link, simply remove the provided fan / BLTouch mount and replace with the all in one print.

Assembly instructions:

Put the insert into the 10mm hole before you attach the hotend to the rail. I used a clamp to encourage it in. Make sure you put it in the front (need to have room behind it to ensure it sits over the gantry bolt.

Attach the all in one via the fan mount holes and screws provided.
Attach the rear with a 15mm bolt at the bottom and a small screw at the top
Attach the BLTouch (need to do this last so you can get to the screws for step 3.
