Summary

This is a 3D printable replacement for the MINI-Fini Cup-Link™ cup holder hinge.

The Cup-Link™ cup holder fits the following MINI Cooper and Cooper S models:
2002-2006 R50 MINI Cooper
2005-2008 R52 Convertible
2002-2006 R53 Hardtop

The cup holder hinge is subject to bending stress over time and can cause the plastic to crack and eventually break. This is a replacement for that hinge.

I designed this part by carefully measuring the original part and adding some details that make it easier to print.

This part should be printed on its side (default orientation. shown in photos).
It will need support for the curved underside of the post, the side ratchet nubs, and the tapered portion (shown in photo).
It should be printed in 100% infill with a strong material.
